With an in-house valuation division, we are able to conduct research analysis and provide regular updates and reports to our clients on the latest market trends.
Our Corporate Leasing Division will furnish updated information on the rentals of comparable properties. Besides leasing services, we can also offer support to clients in areas such as housekeeping, maintenance, relocation and legal issues which may arise.
Paxel is helmed by an experienced management team with specialized operations and relevant business expertise. Our Executive Director, Mr Jeffrey Hong is a unique icon and a highly talented champion in the real estate industry. He has more than 14 years of experience and had excelled as a top producer in the HDB, private residential, high end and investment market. He is currently heading PAXEL Consultants and PAXEL PRESTIGE HOMES.
All Consultants at Paxel are staff not associate (Agent) have undergone at least 100 days of theoretical and practical training while Senior Consultants have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the real estate industry.
